A surcharge ticket is issued if the user of the services has not regulated the parking, has exceeded the allowed parking time, has not displayed the ticket, has placed an incorrect ticket, is not a user of the displayed ticket, has not made the payment within the stipulated period or if the user does not respect the horizontal and vertical signage when parking, i.e. if a non-disabled person parks in a space for people with special needs. When issuing an electronic chip card, the user is obliged to pay a one-time fee of 180.00 denars for its production.

An additional 500.00 denars is charged for a lost barcode

What are the working hours of the parking lots?

The working hours of the zone parking lots are from Monday to Saturday, from 07:00 to 21:00. On Sundays and during public holidays, payment is not made, except in zone A0 – Vodno, the multi-storey garages and some of the public parking lots that operate without interruption

How can I pay for parking?

Payment can be made via SMS, via a mobile application, at a payment machine or at the cash desk in the multi-storey garages and public parking lots.

What should I do if I pay for parking and still receive a fine?

You need to submit proof of the payment made (SMS, confirmation from the application or fiscal receipt) to the services of the PE “City Parking”. The application will be reviewed and, if justified, the fine will be canceled.

Are there monthly or annual parking fees?

Yes, the company offers the option of monthly or annual subscriptions, depending on the zone and type of parking space

What are zones A, B, C, D?

The zones represent parts of the city with different tariffs and allowed parking time. Zone A is the strictest zone in the center with a shorter time and a higher tariff, while in zones B, C, D the rules are more flexible.

What should I do if my vehicle is towed by a tow truck?

You need to call the towing service and go to their point. There you will pay the fine and tow the vehicle.

How can I report illegal parking?

You can report irregularities via the hotline, mobile application or through the company’s official website.

Are there discounts for tenants living in parking zones?

Yes, tenants are entitled to special benefits. By submitting the necessary documentation, they can obtain a parking permit at a favorable price in the zone where they live.
